For Sale:
2001 Buell X1 Lightning. Black. 12,699 miles. Forcewinder air filter & what appears to be an aftermarket exhaust, but not sure if it's stock or not. Carbon fibre undertail and headlight blade - and some H-D stickers on the tank that can be easily removed. Mot until Aug/15, but will test for another 12 months for buyer if required. I bought this bike last year with no history. It's been checked over mechanically, primary chain adjusted etc, engine and filter changed and gearbox oil changed. I also had the rear brake lever and gear lever re-bushed and reamed to size, so now they are nice and tight on their pivots and not loose and rattling as they were when I bought the bike. After completing the aforementioned work I rode the bike to the MoT station, but a back injury has meant that I haven't ridden it since. I've just bought and fitted a new gel battery as the original was a bit tired. Starts and sounds great and is in nice standard condition. Black paintwork is good and the alloy could do with a professional polish - but as I say, I've not ridden it further than the MoT station last August. Shame to see it standing in the garage any longer - and my back isn't getting any better, so it's up for sale. Looking for £3500.

I also have a near mint low miles stock 2004 Firebolt XB1200 with a full carbon fibre wrap that's never been on the road in the UK. It came from the USA as used parts and needs to be registered in the UK. This may be of interest to the Germans as I don't know if the lack of UK docs will matter to them. I've registered several US bikes and it's not that difficult, but the aforementioned back injury and work commitments mean that I'd like to sell it as it is. Starts and runs fine with no noises, also has stock exhaust fitted. I have the US title and can supply a new MoT. I don't have any pix of it with the carbon wrapped bodywork fitted, but will take some this week, in fact the CF wrapped parts haven't even been fitted yet. Looking for £3,500. I'll add pix of the bike when I can, hopefully this week.

And ... I also have a 2004 Benelli Tornado TRE900 for project for sale. I bought the bike after it had a low speed accident and have collected almost all of the parts, (new and used), to fix it, I was going to run it without the fairing, but now I won’t be able to ride this one either. Great project for someone at £1500. Worth a lot more as parts, but I want it gone in one piece. I have more pix if anyone is interested.
