Current ride: 1125CR & HD Hardtail

So can anybody tell me the best way to test the fuel pump pressure on my bike? And also if I can rely on the results, as the problem is intermittent.

Maybe it's fate, as nobody offers any more advice, it appears to be working better now. Do electric motors need to be run in? Well either way, this doesn't seem to be an issue any more.
