Any thoughts on the eligibility of my S1 for the DGR, is it a café racer or a modern classic? Davida Jet, check Halcyon MK8, check, Beard, check, Shirt, check (white really), Tie, check (black really). Need to find a suitably hipster jacket/waistcoat combo at a charity shop then we're away!

Check with Steve (Ursus Americanus) as he did this last year on his S1 :yup:

In fact I think it's his avatar here.

Jill's right :yup: Rode mine on the Oxford run last year and it fitted in just fine. Wore my dinner suit as well but the best dressed chaps went for tweeds lOl Great day out and great cause, always like to raise funds for organisations which have saved my life 8-)

I may well lend my X1 to t965m for the one in Edinburgh this year. He has plenty of tweed and the beard already. Will he get away with wearing his deerstalker :?: :?: lOl

Flying the flag for Buell, suited and booted in the appropriate manner. Good day out, even if it did feel like being on a Triumph owners club outing!

Plenty of Buells on the DGR this year 8-) Have seen pics from London, Paris, Seattle and Orlando so far. Great worldwide cause raising money for research into prostate cancer and also raising awareness. I'm forever grateful to an elderly friend who died from it who made me promise while on his death bed to get myself checked out if ever I had the slightest concern :yup:
