you lot need to work on your 'selfies'......
Good to meet up with you all this morning, another small but perfectly formed UKBEG meet. It was our first visit to the AV8 and we can see why you use it as a regular meeting place. Last night we stopped at The Horse & Groom Inn in the picturesque village of Charlton, about 6 miles from AV8, just off the A429. If you're ever in the area and need a bike friendly place to stay we can recommend it.
We covered a total of 485 miles on our Autumnal weekend odyssey and apart from the odd patch of mizzle here and there we managed to stay dry the whole time. The Stafford Show was very interesting and seems to get better every year. We spotted an immaculate Cyclone in the bike park, not sure if it belongs to anyone on here? We spent 5 hours at the show yesterday before riding 170 miles down along the Wales/England border to the Cotswolds. It was another memorable ride, we've been lucky to have enjoyed so many this year.
Highlights of the weekend include meeting Cor Dees again and seeing his completed Laverda V6 project have pride of place on the International Laverda Owners Club stand. There was always a large crowd around it taking pictures.
A few pictures from another brilliant weekend
.....
