UKBEG Em’s Day 2016 & S1 Lightning 21st Anniversary – Date Changes

Our main event ‘Em’s Day’ which was scheduled for Monday 30th May (Spring Bank Holiday) is now going to be held on a Saturday in July. We’ll post details when the date has been confirmed.

The event to celebrate the 21st Anniversary of the S1 Lightning will be incorporated within the rearranged Em’s Day and we won’t be organising a separate event in the Peak District.

We apologise if anyone has already made plans based on the original dates.

Kev, that's a good point. The move to a Bank Holiday didn't suit everyone and while a normal Saturday at the Aviation Centre doesn't have extras like flying displays etc. it does mean that the Buell, Italian and Vincent motorcycles will be the main attraction.

We do apologise again about the change but at least we've been able to give plenty of notice.

Hopefully we'll receive confirmation of the new date for Em's Day 2016 within the next 7 days so people can, if possible, rearrange time off work etc.

During our visit to the Aviation Centre this afternoon we discussed Em's Day 2016 and they explained that they're having to jiggle things around to accommodate our event. They will come back to us next week with a date - apologies for the delay.
