By far the best quality are exhausts made by Albert (of this Parish) so you can send him a PM. Where abouts in Shropshire are you?

Hi adam,
Im in shawbury..if i can get away with tidying my exhaust with paint and on a closer inspection it's not too bad i will do that. Ill probably wait until xmas hols to drop exhaust..i have got access to powder coat but unsure about temps. I think powder cures at 200 degrees but dont know exhaust temps so might not work..Might have to save up some cash to buy new one. thanks paul.

Hi thanks for replying, New to forum, not sure what all the buttons do yet.
In xmas hols im going to drop exhaust, clean and paint. This will give me a good opportunity to inspect condition. . This may lead to me saving for a new one. I do have access to powder coat but unsure of temps. I think powder cures at 200 degree s but not sure what exhaust temp is. Has anyone tried it.?

I had a 2006 Ully with a Remus but it was fitted before I bought the bike so I can't tell you how much the bike benefited from it.
I bought a 2008 Ully last year which had the standard exhaust on and I can tell you it was rubbish compared to the early Ully with the Remus.
So I bought an APH this time and also changed the headers to the earlier larger type which yours will already have, the difference was immense compared to the standard pipe, the quality of the APH pipe is much better than the Remus and if you run with the removeable baffle in, the decibel level is also good.
I would have an APH over any other pipe anytime

Agree 100% :yup: , I also have just recently purchased a Albert for my Uly XT, top quality and so easy to fit. Delighted with the lovely deep sound which will probably only get better after a few hundred miles, from what I'm reading on here nothing much else comes close. :worthy:
