Latest news appears to be a firm of liquidators bought EBR. Not good news. Standby for a bunch of EBRs to be sold off at fire sale prices. Shame, is this the end of Erik?

Almost certainly.....I wouldn't buy it for free cos nobody in their right mind would ever buy a 'Buell/EBR/whatever' product ever again !

Apparently, new owners to be confirmed on Monday. Rumour is that it's the same people who liquidated Buell.

A repreive from liquidation it seems. The court in the US has delayed a decision EBR until Jan 14th 2016. There's hope yet!
