Hi Guys
Finally got round to modifying my nice shiny new Free spirits belt tensioner to replace the much worn one....
Hope you like it.... or have any ideas for it or the next version..

That's exactly what I did as a "Mk1" mod on mine.....
Works very well and is nice and simple
Also, did think of going the "nipple in the center piece" route
But really wanted an option to rotate the shaft and stop the side sections seizing...
It might be over engineering but the option to replace the "pence" bushing and O rings
hopefully means that it will outlast the bike.....
... no that that's difficult.... :)
