Appears to have similar benefits on large Austrian V Twins :D

Did you do your clutch oil jet whilst there? I dropped down to 16T on the 990 too.

Yeah I guess the 1290 really needs lower gearing; must be really hard to wheelie :shock:

Aye it seems to have a reasonable amount of 'go' :D

Did you change to a larger jet....seems that 0.5mm is all the rage? And what were the differences?

No I've same size jet as standard, just stick in autoclave every time I take it out.
