There shouldn't be any noticable play on the belt. I'll let you know when mines been diagnosed.

Replacement bike seems to not have the belt 'whine' to anything like the same extent so I'm none the wiser.

Buell day at the Ace Cafe on Sunday - get down there and we can draw up a list of faults!
