The only out standing issue is whether the latest clutch slave unit is fitted yet in later '09 models, or maybe they're just fitted to the 2010 models? Unless this new mechanism is fitted the clutch will eventually leak.
There's quite a few subtle differences between the '08 and the '09, clutch cover, improved instrument cluster (less misting up), fork internals, injectors, fuel tank insulation, throttle bodies etc, etc
Don't think the rear shock has been improved but it looses it's damping reasonably quickly if used hard. Needs an AST

One other thing I forgot to mention is the difficulty of checking the correct oil level. Apart from Buell completely cocking up their first attempt at making a dipstick

it's a bloody nightmare checking you've got the correct oil level on the '08 and '09 bikes, I actually made a frame that holds the bike by the front wheel and it's got two spirit levels fixed to it to make sure the bike is level in both planes. It really is that critical (most Rotax motors seem prone to this and will trap large quantities of oil in their internal cavities when hot)
The 2010 bikes apparently have a sight glass which will make life more tolerable for folk like me who like to have their machinery 'right'
