I had these (3 pairs) and would not. On a low speed spill the bikes r/h peg put a hole in the side of the boot. It is why I will not use them again.

As are mine. They need a lot of Nixwax, or other conditioner/waterproofer, to soften them up and they only have a part waterproof liner from new. I find they are a great boot (tough, comfy and long lasting) but the lack of gear change feel is something you need to get used to. They do get better with use though. A bit like a Buell I guess

I had a pair of Altberg touring boots and they were the worst bike boots I ever had. The liner went two days from new, they had a strange fit for me and Velcro tab system never worked very well. I binned them in the end because they fecked me off so much. £120 down the drain so was not very happy. Other types may be better but Sidi are hard to beat IMO.
