Hi All,

Any ideas on best company to approach for a 2001 X1 Lightning? I just done the confused job and it looks like its too expensive for fully comp, considering how much it costs against third party?

My bike is a bit scabby , but mechanically sound, any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Never had any luck with any of those confused type companies. They only list companies that sign up to them. Go direct. You could try Adrian Flux , never used them but my brother has been with them for best part of 40 years and finds them good for bikes that aren't the norm.

We use BeMoto: https://www.bemoto.uk/ They're competitive and we've been very impressed with their service and two-wheel friendly attitude. No 'think of a figure and double it' when it comes to renewals.

I ended up with bikesure when carol Nash went past what I was prepared to pay. Been with them two years now. They're good for modded bikes too as the S1 has more modded parts than original bits left.
