Starter motor and primary gasket have now both arrived, from separate sources. Not very happy with the gasket, opinions please:

I've ordered a primary gasket and a starter gasket from the HD shop. In retrospect it's the cheapest and quickest option anyway :oooops:

right, all back together again :P Thought while I had the silencer of I'd refill it, bought the acoustafil for it years ago. Much smoother now :yup: Here's the old fill:

I couldn't figure out why it was so feckin difficult to get the end off after I'd taken the rivets out. Finally got it off and realised it was sealed in with RTV silicon :P
