Will a 180 tyre fit on an X1, without rubbing on the belt or anything else?. Currently fitted 170

Yes it will fit, I've heard it upsets the handling a wee bitty though :old:

Those nasty looking Buell wheels with flat spokes (their name escapes me) took a 180 iirc? If you pinch a 180 onto the 'normal' cast wheel, you may end up with less contact area.

Yeah I had a 190 Dunlop qualifier on my PM wheels nob robs, handled well they weren't the longest lasting tho.
