Sorry Steve,
Nothing to do with Santa Pod.
I didn't see your other comments re pics & naked Boxers.
Here's the Boxer. Everything works, needs the tank spraying & ABS needs bleeding as it's been stood for 3 years.
History with all MOTs & Servicing stamped in the relevant book.

Looks a good buy...nice one....looking at a Guzzi v65 at the moment...never had any guzzi before so it's more of an itch I want to scratch than anything else....if I can get it cheap enough I might....

Good luck Gus, hope you get some good runs in.
I've spent all my entry fees I'm afraid.
Is there any time of year when it's less busy and you can get a few more goes, or is it purely chance?

Never really liked Guzzis myself, not even the Le Mans. Had a look at V65 pics, yeah looks like a Moto Guzzi, but if you've got an itch to scratch they only get worse with time.
I didn't really fancy the BMW just thought I might be able to make some money on it to fund future mods on the Buell.

Very frustrating day tbh, I forgot the keys for my bike :oooops: and had to hot wire it, it took until after 11am to dry the track out then then they started with cars (massive line) instead of the six bikes waiting :headbang: only for one of the second pair down to shit it's gearbox out  Only got three runs in and didn't beat any numbers I'm afraid, so not the best day oot
Roll on next year ;)

Goddamn Shame.
That really does sound like a frustrating day.
Good on you for persevering & getting at least a few runs in on the day.
Hopefully next time will be better for you.
All the best Paul.

Have fun Gus, I'd've considered being there if we didn't already have plans...

Like a lot of stuff nowadays it's pre-book and if it rains your stuffed as they're not keen on giving refunds only rain checks for the next event my missus has a lot to say on this matter ;) :shut:
