Correct.....I live in a very quiet neighbourhood and 90% of them are retired.
I do have a massive bit of land at the side of my house which was going to have a very large garage built on it before my missus divorced me and took all the funds
.....but yes, over the years I'm proud to say that I have pissed off all my 'neighbores' at some point and they would take great pleasure at bubbling me to the council if they thought I was running a business.

I had the neighbours contact the council about my big garage saying I was working from there . The guy came round to garage full of landrover , bikes ,woodworking machinery . I said I do make stuff there and repair vehicles, he said as long as there's no advertising signs they don't care. He said a lot of people work from home , you just need more space.

Yes! The neighbors will have more of a fit when you hold the Eporium barbecue at home!
