Hi all

Menu options for the Sproutfest meal below, cost is £25.50/head. I do need pre-payment, so can you either call the hotel to pay or pm me & i'll give you an account number to pay into (for those that have done it before account ends in 726). For those staying the cost of the room & any drinks charged to your room can be paid as we leave as normal.

Starters
- Sweet potato & butternut squash soup with crusty bread
- Pate, chutney & crusty bread
- Whiskey infused salmon, creme fraiche & crusty bread

Main Course
- Honey roasted Turkey, sausage & bacon wrap & sage stuffing
- Vegetarian wellington with red wine gravy
- Baked salmon with hollandaise sauce
All served with roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables

Dessert
- Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
- Chocolate & cherry cheesecake with black cherry coulis
- White chocolate & cranberry bread & butter pudding

Coffee & mince pies
