Probably quite unlikely to find any in the UK. Worth asking the question on Facebook as well - UK Buell Enthusiasts Group - UKBEG.com and also Buell XB12X Ulysses Owners (it's primarily a US group but you're more likely to get a response)

The world maybe round but you can still find the Edge.

You'll struggle to find XP panniers in the UK but as I said above, H & B sell the Journey luggage which is the same.

If you already have luggage, you can buy other bits ( the XT bags are H & B Journey) and they will key them to the OE key number. I got a 48 litre top box for my Uly so I can store 2 helmets when parked (not that we go anywhere at the moment!). Bloody reasonable prices too.

That’s what I thought in 2019 when I got my current Uly, I ordered a pair they didn’t fit. Unless you buy the actual XP panniers you will find as I did the current junior panniers are different, in the end I settled for a nice new set of H&B 30lt Explorers.
I do have a pair of original H&B Buell 42s (and the topbox) all 3 of which came with the bike boxed new never used, I would consider selling them if anyone was interested.image with the 30s on
