Any tips re removal and refit of the front isolator on an XB9SX?

Should I apply some heat to the bolts or hit them with an impact gun or both?

How to hold the engine as I have a Remus so no jacking under exhaust. I will do a step by step for the how to section for all to correct aswell ;)

took the chin spoiler off first then just undid the isolator (04 xbr) using just the allen key no probs.
i put a block of wood under the exhaust with an old scissor jack to support the engine the bike was on the rear paddock stand.

I supported mine under the exhaust but I've got a Race exhaust so I would remove the can and place the jack under the engine to support it.
The bolts should come out easy enough and the only tip I would give is start all the bolts first before securing any i.e. start the big bolt before securing the one that bolt onto the engine.
The only other tip I have is don't eat yellow snow.

Always good to be reminded of that one.

For info heres what I did.

Removed Remus and jack under the engine. Isolator bolt and the bolts that went into the head requires a 2 foot pipe over the ratchet handle to get them out.

Had bought a palmer products isolator saver http://www.palmerproducts.co.uk/ but didn't need it as I took off the old rubber ring and put it on the new bolt.
Here are some pictures of the old and new designs. Looks like buell stopped adding the rubber donut to the bolt and instead incorporated the bump stop rubber in the casting where they were already bonding in the rubber insert. Also the old isolator was powder coated (badly as per most of the parts on my buell) wheras the new one is anodised.
