They all do that sir lOl

And if that's all a little bit sweating it's not too be worried about!
But it could be a good reason for buying more cool buellparts :rotfl:

Mine has done that for the last year but started spitting oil from the head area on my last longish trip so I have a top end gasket set and made some pigtails to install to help prevent the base gasket leak in future.

Cheers

Did you make everything yourself?
Looking very good!

Have been looking for some of these for some time but haven't found a good set with the installing tool included for a normal amount of money.

Yes I made them. I saw them on St Pauls for ~$100 a pair and thought I could make them myself easy enough. lOl

In the US they were using 3/8 x 16 tap for this which is ~9.5mm so I made these ones M10X1.5 with 7mm tube so I should only need an M10x1.5 tap and a long 5mm allen key to install them. If my Tbar allen keys are not long enough Ill probably cut a piece off an old 5mm and braze it to the end of a longer screw driver.

Edit: Thinking about it I can probably drive them in from the tube end with a normal length allen key as the 7mm hole I drilled goes all the way to the allen key slot.

Once I have fitted them and confirm they work ok I could knock up some more if there is interest.

Cheers
Stot
