Apart from Manchester HDB and Blackbear, they're all next to fuckin useless.
Sorry

but I have to tell you otherwise. Well at least with one place anyway

.
The service Dept at The Foundry in Canterbury is outstanding. They replaced my rear wheel bearings, on the 5k service without asking, and picked up my bike (a 140 mile round trip) to replace the belt and all for nowt. Both items were out of warranty.
Both Dave (Dept Manager) and Jane are great to deal with and they always do what they say they will. I hear people saying "Yes it was like that 20 years ago". No, not the case at all. The only brand new bike I ever had was a 1978 Honda and had problems with the dealer I bought it from. I did not buy my bike from The Foundry. The labour rate is also very fair.
UKBEG, other sites and you

have made running a Buell much easier but a good dealer is still a number one need.
