It's a very unclear photo but it doesn't look like the VOSA brake line recall has been done.
Check VERY carefully around the clutch cover breather hole for signs of fluid leakage. A switched on dealer will know about the permanent solution, a crap dealer will simply replace inadequate seals etc repeatedly. Ask if they know the part numbers for the updated parts ;)

Although I've never used them, Black Bear in Newmarket seem to be the dealer of choice - before you buy I would give them a call and see if they have anything available.

The biggest problem with the bike is Buell UK itself - as Adam stated choose your dealer wisely - it definitely pays to pick a knowledgable and enthusiatic dealer !

Blackbear ARE the dealer to go to. Their service team have looked after me and my Buell's since day one and I can only recommend them. end of conversation....

That's appropriate weird Al

Seriously, the kettle was a bit of an impulse purchase, they made me an offer I couldn't refuse - TVHD have been fine as a dealer with me though I know some people have had issues with them.

Perhaps my next planned purchase will be with Black Bear ...

As to Silverstone HD - I would ask Anders to relate his experience with them to see if they are any good ...
