:hehe: still feel like dirt- in fact havnt been in work last couple days. chest feels like i been on '60' a day, although havnt smoked in my life!!! god help me if i was a bloke :hehe: :hehe:

hope to see a few of you next week- it seems ages, hopefully the rain will stay away!!!
