In the meantime here is an interesting article written when Buell stopped making the M2 and X1 and switched to XB etc: - it compares the M2 with...............the HDXL1200 - (a bit like apples and pears really .....but good reading nonetheless !!)

That Hornsby fella came over to my gaff to check out my XB9 when they first came out. He did an article in issue 2, I think. 'American V' is a very tedious rag though, so I've never bought it.

im near chichester in horndean just off a3. i love my m2 but only bought that cause i couldn't stretch to an x1. do what kev said and buy an x1. both great bike i reckon!
