Well... there's plenty of choice. Even Japanese bikes are beginning to look beautiful, they seem to have sacked those designers with too strong an inclination towards Manga.... ;)

The upcoming Honda (dare I say that word here) CB1100F and R versions are dead gorgeous. Especially the R version with that funky fearing. There's KTM, Duke and Moto Morini. Not sure about Guzzi's personally. Obviously, none of them have a long stroke huffing-puffing slurry pump at their heart, so they lack a bit of character and maturity, but hey, apart from either building your own bike with a Buell engine or shelling out for a Wakan or the like, what else can you do?

There's nothing difficult about it. My point is, what the hell do you replace a Buell with? Fucked if I know.

This is exactly my dilemma. Having recently sold my xb12ss because I wasn't using it, I now find myself wanting something else. I have looked at most bikes and tested a few, but nothing is floating my boat. I have really tried to talk myself into a tuber, but for me they haven't got the looks. I have been tempted by a 2010 1125cr, but I know that sometime in the future I am going to need to remove a plug! :o

Having only owned my 1125R for 19 days, and having only done 2150 miles including 12 laps of the Nurburgring, I'm not ready to start thinking about what I'll replace it with. Although it will probably be something more comfortable for touring on.

I must be cruel then.........I've already told Harry the X1 and everything bike and tool related would be his if anything ever happened to me. :D And he's a sensible lad he's said it is the one thing that he'd never sell ;)

... just as a matter of idle curiosity, does the apostrophe indicate the omission of "coul" or "woul" ? ;)

Personally I am very tempted by a very special Norton Rotary.
