2002 52 reg SOLD
Yellow XB9S
3 owners (including me)
8400 miles (likely to increase slightly)
Breather mod
Race ECU
Chopped down grater
Drilled air box
K&N
Newish rear tyre (less than a 1000 miles)
Powder coated wheels (orange)
Zorstec hand made exhaust with twin ports-very nice thing-sounds nice-cost me over £300 in May 09.
Bar end mirror-lolly pops have gone
Partial service history-I've done the rest myself and have some spare engine/gearbox oil to throw in. Oils have been changed every 1500-2000 miles. I may have some other spares the potential buyer can take. New rear brake pads not long ago.
VGC-it's been looked after

Runs and rides great-simply can't afford to keep it any longer. Just changed jobs and something’s got to give. Unfortunately its this...:(

If anyone’s interested please PM and I'll give more details/pics. The bikes currently living at my parents so I'll do my best to get any extra info/pics you'll need.

Its been an ace bike and I love it to bits. If circumstances didn’t dictate I wouldn’t be doing this. Pictured with Buell race can-PM for more up to date piccy's-don't have any to hand!

Edit-Forgot to mention, bikes in the South Yorkshire area, thanks-Edit

£2650 ovno

Thanks

Amazing the interest you get from around the globe (or mainly Nigeria) innit...:D

"Hi,

your Buell could be interesting for me, but in the next weeks I do not know if I find time. But I could send you a deposit and collect it then in maybe one month.

Would this work for you?

If yes you could send me your phonenumber and I'll call you

Cheers"

Yousure it's not our bonafide german friends that have been buying up most of the second hand Xb's from here?
They tend to wait until they have a van full before collecting.

No you.ve got it wrong Umbo. Hotrodder is a bloke called Sven from Germany. He is an absolute Gent, a real biker and an honest and decent bloke. He has bought several bikes from forum members, mine and Roz's included. He is one of the good guys. 8-)

Lucky, your right...

I have to apologise but I've seen this too many times before-I always edge on the side of caution... ;)

Sven, sorry, will be in touch.

John.

I've had a totally different experience with Sven and wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Are they sold as bikes in Germany or broken for spares throughout a network subscribed to by dealers/Buell specialists?

That's what I was told by someone in the know....

Hi Spook,

I'm really glad that our deal didn't work at that time, but during this weeks it really wasn't able for me to collect your bike. I have a normal job and therefore I had to make sacrifices.

I really wanted it.

Don't be disappointed about me, is long time ago and things has changed since then...

hmmmm so if you have an Xb for sale maybe you should advertise it in Germany at their prices and take an holiday to deliver it when it sells ;)

:hehe:

Had a few enquiries already-I will endeavour to get back to anyone who has PM'd me wanting pics etc asap.

I'm hoping to have some new pics of the bike by tomorrow evening-I'll then send these out.

Cheers

John
