I never thought I would create so much interest when I posted my "Fan on all the time" problems.
I would like to thank everybody for the possitive comments (esp Simba who mirrored all my same problems). I dont get the opportunity to get on-line very often so also apologies for delay in responding to all the comments.
The bike has been with the dealer and I got it back yesterday, as yet to be road tested due to heavy snow! It seems we have to accept the fan is as it is, until a download reverses this !! I'm sure as we speak someone is working on this right now (we can only live in hope!)
I must take this opportunity to thank the dealer (Black Bear Newmarket) who have been first class in trying to resolve the running issues I had (also the fan which was not their fault, as they didnt know what the re-flash was going to do when they downloaded it).
This is a great site with lots and lots of helpful (and sometimes not so) information from everybody.
