A well-tuned Uly will have a smooth engine, and there aren't many seats around that are more comfortable for 2-up.

There - Had to say it - this is a Buell enthusiast forum, after all :D

Hi - I wouldn't go for either of those bikes. I passed an ER6F on the motorway the other day and I thought it looked a bit of a toy..! Also, I've just come from a new Z750. I liked it when I first got it but in reality it's a little like a Ford Mondeo or a Vauxhall Vectra.. It'll get you to where you want to go.. but you wont remember any of the journey...!

Don't want to put a downer on it... but hope this helps.

Cheers

Andy

I'd be going for a Tuono if I were in your position. When I flogged an XB9 I bought a MV Brutalle. I loved the look of the bike but it was garbage for pillion and my Mrs wasn't happy. You could do a lot worse than the 650f, and although they are simply faired bandits they are great bikes. I loved the one I used to have.
Good luck with your decision.

 test ride a Triumph if you want a bit of smoothness without it being a bland UJM. The 955 or 1050 engine models can be had in all shapes and combinations from sports to tourer and are well regarded.

:yt:

a bargain too, my father in law hasd the 1250 bandit. it's got a really smooth power delivery and is a really relaxed ride.

Wise wise decision....

The biggest mistake I have made is selling my previous XB9. I loved it and let money get the better of me.. never again.. never again....!
