The ER6F & Z750 are decent enough bikes but, as someone else has said, neither are going to make you get off with a big grin on your face.

If you do decide to sell you really need to think about exaclty what you want the bike for. Most bikes are, ultimately, pretty focussed machines and very few genuinely do 'everything' really well.

A commuter is unlikely to be exciting & most really fun bikes don't take to commuting that well.

Obviously this is a bit of a generalisation and there are bikes that make a decent attempt at several roles (I used to commute 40 miles a day into central London on a Gixxer thou & loved it!).

Your Buell is going to slay a lot of bikes out there on sheer fun and 'character'. If you go for an ER6F you'll regret it pretty quickly if you're after fun-factor but it will get you around very efficiently. .

Well Molan i think you have summed it all up for me, have spent a week looking for another but no luck. my buell is really for the odd weekend ride or the occasional
1 mile to work, so the real buzz for me is having something you dont see a lot off,
and the great comments from cast at coronation street,
which i would not have really got on a jap bike, im not into street racers.
and the other day some young lads outside paper shop said nice 125 mate, lol.
if i can get through this lean patch ok i will be keeping the buell, i love the curves of the bike and yes they look mean and are individual to all other bikes, the x1 took my eye too. at this present moment it seems like a lot of money stood still in the garage and not covered 500 miles this last year.
plus i would miss Maz's sarcastic comments every time i see him, :shut: and having the lord and master not half a mile away from me is a very huge plus for keeping it. :worthy:
