Sorry, I grew up in New Orleans, what is a "Sou'wester" ?

It's either a raincoat or a storm, I'm guessing.

I could tell you all about Hurricanes and Mardi Gras Parades.

Sounds great, I've PM'd you. Me and my Buell don't take up much room, but Francis and his KTM are as big as a truck (uh..Lorrie is the word I meant ).

Thanks

Gutted i cant go on this run, i waited nearly two years for you lot to come over here and i'm going the other way, jerez motogp. If you need any route ideas in the north let me know. I really hope u all get good weather, im going on similar run this friday only going clockwise. Belfast to cork day 1, cork to galway via ring of kerry (this is not sex) day 2, galway to belfast via the stunning north coast. 8 hours on bike per day. Quote from the mrs "why would you want to spend 8 hours on your bike not talking to anybody!"

I thinks it's called Sods Law or Murphy's Law :(...

I'm sure we will hold another event in Ireland sometime in the future.

Thanks CJ, I recieved my packet and am looking forward to the trip.

For you guys who live there, it must just be a nice weekend on good roads with good friends. For me, it's like a trip of a lifetime, I grew up riding in the USA so the Smokey Mountains, the Rocky Mountains, Daytona and California are all great places that I have ridden, but since they were my backyard they didn't seem exotic or adventursome. You all probably feel the same way about your own backyard. It just goes to prove that "The grass is always greener" well I'm counting on the Emerald Isle to be pretty darn green.

See Y'all there.

One week today and we'll be starting another great UKBEG adventure - riding bikes, having a laugh and raising money for Em's Charity.

I hope this nice weather lasts for another 12 days :sun:...
