Comparison input between EBC carbon/kevlar organic pads and sintered, anyone, to go with EBC Prolite?

Besides the fact that the organics are easier on the disc, which is the better bet, and why?

Funnily enough the $5 screws (CA0001.Q) are set screws lOl

However, here's a tip........XB rear rotor screws (CA0005.9A7) are shouldered and come in packs of six for a grand total of $12.

They're the same thread/length (5/16 x 7/8) as the $5 screw, they're patchlocked as well but are actually better due to the shoulder ;)

Dont mess around with the poxy Buell 6 or 9 bobbin discs, go for the Prolite with 249HH pads.

HH are sintered......these are the ones you need, trust me on this ;)

Will do - and they'll need "braking in," pretty gently at first, I'd imagine :yup:

Hi
Warped my front disc and going to fit a EBC (it sounds really good).

Are these bolts counter sunk or pan/button head? (which one of the two two ebc discs do i need for these bolts?)

Maybe this EBC MD734RS Prolite.

Cheers

I took the advice of the :maz: on this and put the EBC prolite and 249HH pads on my S1WL and they are the dogs bollocks, well worth the money. They give you one finger action with lovelly progressive stopping power.

I fitted them myself (A noobie) and with advice from Maz and Pash it was not hard, although its not as straight forward as you think. See my numpty proof instructions on the how to section. Don't forget to read the additional notes added by maz.

Good luck
