Hi Ya's,
Just a thought.

I need to book my 1125r in for its first service. Has anyone got any experience dealing with Oxford Harley Davidson, i.e. how good are they. Thats where I had it from and it would seem logical to take it there.

I have heard a lot about Black Bear in Newmarket and did e-mail the service manager via their site to see if that was an option, but he didnt get back to me.

Advice muchoapreciated :worthy: .

Cheers,
John

P.S. Following my Red Light on Tacho post I no longer ride wearing any underpants :ner:

If you want to make sure the service is done properly, then give BB a phone and ask them to do it ;)

Sorry, Manor

George, our service manager, was off yesterday and has been rushed off his feet this morning so I've not been able to check whether he has seen e-mail. Adam's right, telephone is best. Give me a bell on 01638 664455.

Steve

If you're talking about the 600ish mile service it may be easier to take it back to the supplying dealer as it is free if done by them - if you have it done elsewhere they may charge you for it unless you can get them to come to some arrangement with the supplying dealer.

Or it may be easier to use :maz: at the Emporium as you probably aren't that far away if you are paying for it.

I had my 1000 mile service done by Oxford HD where I got my bike from. Aside from a missing tyre valve cap (later sorted) I had no complaints.
