I am organising a ride day for Buell owners.
A bit far for all you pommies out there - but I'm sure with enough $$$ you could get you bike here by Sunday

Sunday 7th June - Queens birthday long weekend

Meet: 9.00 am Mount View Hotel – Bottom of the Gillies Hwy

Bring: Full tank of fuel

Route: - Gillies then stop at Lake Eacham R/house for a coffee
- Eacham through Malanda and down the Palmerston to Crawfords look out
- Back up the Palmerston, turn off at Milla Milla, through to Ravenshoe, Stop at the Café, Fuel
- Back past Windy Hill, through to Herberton, Marks lane to Yungaburra and down the Gillies again to finish at the mount view.

For those that don't know Cairns and the surrounding area, this route takes in just a small sample of the excellent riding up here, including the awesome Gillies Hwy - 220 corners in 20km! - A road built for Buell if ever there was!
