For most people changing a set of brake pads is a piece of cake. The lightning / firebolt setup is a little different to what most people expect, so I put this little youtube video together for the less experienced members. This applies only to the six pot calliper I think the eight port calliper requires a different process. Hope this helps

Changing the pads is only half the job. In my experience the caliper's will need cleaning and this is the ideal time to clean them. The main problems with front brakes are caused by corrosion and the buildup of brake dust. Merely changing them is not usually good enough.
