Hey Richie, don't let me put you off!!! As I understand it Litchlake Farm camping is right next to the circuit so if it's possible to get the CR back to the tent without starting the engine then I will, if not, I'll parade on the Sunday when the crowds will be there as I'm riding home after the races so won't be getting drunk...

It's a shame that Silverstone seem to have dropped the ball but after all of CJ's hard work I'm gonna do all I can to show-off my Buell with the rest of the Beggers, no matter what!!! This is the British GP after all and I want to be there when Bradley tops the podium, and also to witness the BigBoys tearing past at 200mph+... You can't beat the real thing!!!

I just hope Mummy Nature smiles on the event & gives us a beautiful Sunny weekend!!! :sun: :sun: :sun:

I've not given up just yet. If it's possible to have a UKBEG stand at the Moto GP then we will. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

CJ, we will be missing this one, but cannot wait for the details on the WSB and BSB. Should be much better organisation as it will be with Silverstone, like last year, as opposed to Dorna!! Put us down for both of these, please! x

I've bought my tickets for the weekend as well and they didn't know anything about passes etc.
I was told the club would have them when I know that's not the case.

Finally, I have a result, there will be a UKBEG stand at this years Silverstone Moto GP

Our location will be different to that previously advised. I quote:
The bike clubs area for MotoGP will once again be on Upper APM where we were situated at 2009 BSB. I've been on that area watching the recent FIA GT car race and can assure you that the spectacle of racers coming at high speed down the Wellington Straight and entering Brooklands/Luffield complex will not disappoint!

Vehicle centre passes:
UKBEG members who require vehicle centre passes (motorcycles only) to access the bike clubs area must submit their Moto GP booking details* to me no later than 10.00 am Friday, 11th June.

I will forward the list to Silverstone and then post details next week about how you will receive your pass.

*Surname, Postcode, Six digit booking reference number, Number of vehicle passes required - which can't be greater than the number of Moto GP tickets booked under that surname.

Example:
Jessop
WF12 ***
376***
2 vehicle passes

You can book tickets using the 24 hour Moto GP phone number 0844 3750 500 or on-line at http://www.silverstone.co.uk/events/mot ... b=book-now

Thanks for the PM's with your details - I'm sure we'll have a good display of Buells at the Moto GP :P...

It's looking good - we're up to 18 vehicle (motorcycle) passes now :P....

We intend to arrive at Silverstone around 9.00 - 10.00 am on Friday morning. The UKBEG stand should be up and running from 11.00 am onwards - if not before.

We would like to thank Steve Loxton (Ursus) of Black Bear for the loan of the BB events marquee and for his delivery/set-up/collection service :worthy:...

I wont be at the circuit on Friday as that's when I'm riding down but will be there on the Saturday and Sunday.
Just looked at the map and It's 400 miles to the Travelodge. :o

Could really do with a comfort seat on the CR.

Due to a cock up at work it looks like I'm totally screwed on this one. :headbang: There is a remote possibility that I may be able to go last minute but then I won't be able to get into the in-field.

At least I can take consolation in the fact that Rossi won't be there ...
