I can't help but think these Senso mirrors were over-engineered though; the pivoting bolt for the actual mirror part could've been on the inside, which would eliminate the struts running behind the mirror, creating a much slimmer, more elegant mirror.

It's the shape of the arm and the mirror that i like, not the faff behind it.
