My spragg clutch went many moons ago, I think before I found UKBEG
DG20 didn't have one in stock, was told it'd be at least 2 weeks so got one from Trojan. Fitted it myself, pretty bloody simple right up to the point where I had to fit the spring clip, I had to get someone to help as I just didn't have enough hands!!
There is probably a very easy way to do it on your own (no Norm not that!!) but I think from start to finish it took me a couple of hours!

Was it Roy, perchance?

Roger was the gentleman with the solar power v-twin. Roy was a local to me, from Hayes or Uxbridge, IIRC, with even more miles on his S1 than G2 has.

I joined in UKBEG when it was forum based, back in '99/'00, can't remember exactly when. Can anyone recall what format the first forum was on?

Looking back at that photo, we were probably all slimmer and mostly hairier, than now
