Fiat 131 engine's used to be the way to go with Morris minors, knew a friend who dropped one into the back seats of a Hillman Imp once, it didn't stay out of the ditch for long. Fun while it lasted though :D

That's really nice! :yup:

My Dad still has a Morris minor Van that he restored completely some thirty years ago.
Is a very fun car to drive around town.
I always joked about putting another drive line into it and some good working brakes.

Thanks for the comments it's running all ford gear, zetec, 5speed, escort axle, front coil overs, R1 carbs, 8x13 wheels. It's a bit noisy and bloody hard suspension! Keeps me amused :old:
