That was my bike I BBB and I think it is down to tolerances in the zorst suggest you try fit your system and see how you get on, you may be OK. Have done about 750 miles now on mine and the clearance is holding position. I am still unhappy with the excessive weight of the can and think that if I have a problem then I would have a can made up with a smaller outer in a lighter material. My feeling is that the sheer weight of the Buell item is a problem in itself as it must put a lot of strain at the front joint to the header pipe because the rear mount is effectively a hinge.
