Not neccessarily true...... I've had my 07 uly for 3 yrs and over 10000 miles now. It has had nothing other than dealer servicing, and some new tyres.
In over 30yrs of motorcycling (mainly on jap bikes) it has been the most reliable bike I've ever owned. It might not be the quickest, but it's full of character and raises a smile every time I ride it.
