Your tunnel booking maybe a bit early on the Sunday morning, if you have had a 'couple' of beers the night before lOl
I would have gone for 14.30 ish
Don't forget it will be one of the longest (daylight) days of the year, and you get an hour back during the crossing, so you should be home for Christmas.

ps. If you turn up early or late at the tunnel, no one gives a shit

I'll be at Folkstone services at 8.30am.
I'll be heading back via Adinkerke to pick up the year's supply of Old Holborn. :yup:

So what's the best route to get there? We're probably trailer the bikes down and dump the car somewhere - offers for a parking slot? And then ride to the Chunnel and onward with ?.?

What else needs to be booked? Never got a Corporal when you need one

OK, here's the thing.

People turn up at various times, from 8am to 10am at Folkestone services, which is a couple of miles shy of the chunnel on the M20.
We head off in groups, depending on what time your booking is for.
When we get to the other side, we either amble (unlikely) or thrash (most probably) our way to a small hill top town called Cassel, about 45 miles away. It seems that regardless of which crossing you are on, we all meet up in Cassel. Some of us just have a longer lunch. ;)
Here, we stop for a spot of lunch and six roll ups, before heading to Lauwe. Most of us fill up our tanks in Folkestone and again in Lauwe, before we get to the party, so that we don't have to fuck around on Sunday morning. Lauwe is about 90 miles from Calais.
On Sunday, some people are up and off early and some of us take a bit longer for the fog to clear. :ill:
Some of us head for Adinkerke, to pick up cheap tobacco, before hitting the A16/E40 back to Calais.
The Twinpower club go out of their way to make us welcome at this event and a blast through the French/ Belgium countryside is always worth the effort. :sun: :sun:

Thye only other thing you need to do, is let them know if you want the BBQ meal (recommended) nearer the time, when they ask. :yup:
