to finish this topic...the buell is on the road and ok ..it needs a good set up.
iv been runing it slow and always seem to have my hand on the cluch hoping we cleard all the metal chunks out of the oil system..
the cost of parts around £600 ,gaskets cost a bom..and some second hand bits,
Time ... well my Brow about a 2 hours a night for a week and a good day.
this site helped loads and i will be making a donation.

Just short of 25k and not looking good :(
2rd image shows the gear edge breaking also found some fillings when i took off the pump.
