Changing fork leg seals on my Ulysses, manual says type E, whatever that is, does anyone know what grade of oil 7.5, 10, 15 etc.

I think it's probably 7.5, or even a bit lighter. Not certain though

Bear in mind, manufacturers seem to measure the viscosity of fork oil in different ways (although there probably is some standard test). One brand of 10 'weight' oil MAY not be same as another brand of 10 'weight'.
