Finally got round to putting the 1125 on the dyno.

First,a couple of runs on the TM stage 1 ecm,and got 138hp and 74ftlb

Then switched to a buezd ecm with a mild "race" fuel map, only 132 and 70.

But by the end of the day using Gunter's ECMSPY for MONO and Ralph Holland's dyno experience we got her to 146 and 80,with peak power holding on till 11,000rpm.There is still a little to come, but unfortunately we were having to use my innovate wideband in the front cylinder, not the dyno's set up,so the rear cylinder is spot on but the front will take some fine tuning.

Switching to an oxygenated race fuel gave another couple of hp but really crisped up the throttle response, considerably speeding up the roll on performance/time- about half a second quicker from 3,000 to 11,500.

Huge thanks to Gunter and Pash for all the help with monospy and Albert for a great exhaust :4roz: can I have the titanium one now? :yup:

If you're anywhere near Milton Keynes I highly recommend Ralph Holland and his dyno-07810428344. top bloke really knows his stuff.
Most interesting is the fact that a fellow supertwins member was on Ralph's dyno just before me,He'd been at JHS in bristol the day before and got 188hp- on Ralph's he only got 175hp! after some fine tuning

I'll get some graphs scanned in later,I've got loads of logs to go through too.

Thanks again gents :4roz:

Colours haven't come out great but, should be clear enough. Reasonable power and torque from the Twinmotorcycles stage 1,with one of Alberts lovely pipes.
And plenty more after an afternoons fettling with monospy, still Albert's pipe but using an earlier buezd ecm.

The whole TMstage 1 kit is now available for sale-ecm,torque hammer and billet velocity stacks.

Here you can see why I won't be racing with the velocity stacks fitted.Obviously make good improvements lower down the rpms but I'm only interested in flat out,Where the standard contour works best. The Troughs at higher rpm with standard tbs were smoothed out in subsequent runs,as we fine tuned fuel and ignition advance.

Biggest shock was how much more hp you can find -for free- by removing the airbox cover. How about another 2-4hp across the board? I've seen pics of certain tuners doing lots of dyno work with no airbox lid or filter fitted.
