My new XT has a Rizoma billet belt cover, I went away camping yesterday with my son and fully loaded, I thought my shock was bottoming out on the bumpy Irish roads so I adjusted the preload up full but still felt the knocking through the foot pegs, then I noticed the Rizoma cover was coming in contact with the frame, stationary the cover sits about 8mm from the frame, I only have the Buell 3 weeks so I dont know my way around it very well yet. I did notice the engine is on rubber mounts, correct?? Should there be enough movement of the engine on a very bumpy road to cause this to happen? Has anyone else got the Rizoma cover fitted and experience the same? Done a quick search on google but didn't find anything.

I presume you mean a Rizoma front pulley cover ?......if so, they all do that sir......think Rizoma forgot that the engine is rubber mounted
