Now that I have taken the tensioner off and checked them I am 100% sure it's not the tensioner bearings. No play in them at all. As I rebuild bike I turned the rear wheel to see what was rubbing (should have done it stipping it, I know) nothing came to light and everything spins free and easy.
I did however get to clean and bits of the bike I don't usually. Get to lub the tensioner bearings and check the drive belt. I also have a spare set of tensioner bearings which in theory will only go up in value.
