Anyone know how Mr. Stabby is getting on with his new X1. I fear the worst as he's not been on for a while but I noticed a thread on badweb and I've put two and two together.............probably five again.

hi spook cant say too much as the dealer i got it from uses this site for info but lets just say the bike is getting picked up and wont be coming back

as the badweb post said i am tempted to go for a street triple as i have lost all faith in the dealers and something new comes with a manufacturer warenty not the dealer piece of shit .

as i said no idea what to do bike wise biggest kicker is i bought an ast shock about 500ish miles before my x1white went boom and have a host of fun parts just sitting in the garage now gathering dust.

normanhook still has that pristine X1 white lightning, I know someone with a sorted 2002 X1 for sale or put a wanted add on the site. Just because you had to deal with one bad bike doesn't make them all bad.
You may regret buying a new bike. Your choice, best of luck with it.
