Having taken off the hugger (& other gubbins from the swingarm) I am looking for something to attach to the lugs! At some stage I am sure I will go for a lugless polished arm but for now I figure that the lugs look ugly without something attached to them.

I am looking for available options. Stuff I have found inlcude:

I am not sure that either of these cut it for me.

I want something simple like the guard shown on this photo

Certainly my favourite and some 2mm alu ordered for when I can be bothered.

Still considering the cut lugs off option and polish one up (still got a load of US eBay arms being watched), but in the meantime and seeing as it was pissing down last weekend I got out some ally, a saw and a file.

After a bit of fiddling came up with this

Still might delug and polish an arm at some point in the future but happy that at least two of the ugly lugs are 'taken up' with something useful for the timebeing
