We thought we'd pull the important bits out from the main topic .....

Jane and I will arrive at Donington around midday on Friday 23rd. Our contact number for the weekend is 0792 626 5582.

We will have a dedicated Buell enthusiasts parking area, located within the red zone marked on the picture below. It's known as 'Tarmac Lake' and is the main public motorcycle park for major events. We won't know exactly where we will be located within the red zone until we arrive at Donington but it should be easy enough to spot us.

In our dedicated area there will be a white van plus a blue and white Buell marquee. Jane will lay on free hospitality for members, with cold drinks and sticky buns etc. We will also provide a safe area for members to leave their riding kit. We'll be ideally placed for pedestrian access to Redgate, Hollywood, Craner Curves and the Paddock.

On Saturday 24th we've arranged an informal evening meet with the Team Hero EBR race team. Please assemble at the UKBEG parking area between 5.00 and 6.00pm. An official from Donington will meet us there at 6.00pm and escort us through security at Redgate before we make our way to the Paddock to meet the race team and EBR Europe personnel with the 1190's that they're bringing to Em's Day on Monday 26th.

No tickets or passes will be required for the evening meet with EBR. If you haven't already done so please let us know if you plan to attend. We need an accurate idea of the number of people because EBR may be able to lay on some drinks and nibbles for us.

The following people will be able to collect their free EBR race day tickets from me at anytime over the WSB weekend.

In addition to the free tickets above, thanks to EBR, we'll also have some spare paddock passes for use over the entire weekend. This means that all the Buell enthusiasts who are attending WSB Donington can enjoy every aspect of the event.

They won't be assigned to a particular person so I can loan the passes out when people wish to visit the paddock.
